Refund policy

Try the free version first to check that Track Studio works with your recordings. If the licence still isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to ask

1. Email trackstudio@gallivanter.biz from the address you used to buy, with your order number.
2. I process the refund through Creem, the merchant of record, usually within 3 working days.
3. The money goes back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

When a refund is issued, the licence key is disabled on every computer.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at my discretion, for example if a technical problem I can't fix stops the app from working for you. Write to me and we'll sort it out.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
